Now, everyone schedule an appointment to take care of your wet back.
Did they just re-route, or replace the hoses and re-route? Just to confirm, you now feel the air on your back as well? Was the change very noticeable?

Default seat cooling

Haven't picked the truck up yet. On the way shortly and then I will confirm. They said they re-routed the hoses and fixed the collapse. I will ask if they put in new hoses or just unbent the old

Default Check for stuff in those seat back pockets...

It didn't seem like my lumbar area was cooling so I unzipped the seats to see if there was a pinched hose or something. That's when I discovered I had packed my seat back pockets with a bunch of stuff. I think all that stuff was affecting the cooling in the lumbar area because after removing it my seat backs are cooling. Not sure if it was pinching a hose or there just needs to be some space down there for the a/c to reach the seat back.

Do you know if there's a TSB that other dealers will be able to view to see what needs to be done? I'm sure several of us have service dept's where they won't do much unless they have something to actually look at from Ford.

When unzipping the covers, did you guys have to unplug the yellow and black connections under the seat to get the elastic bands loose?

Default Lumbar support may be the culprit

After looking my passenger seat I discovered a disconnected vent hose. Had a heck of a time getting it to connect until I discovered that the lumber setting was a couple notches out. Couldn't get it back on until I set it all the way in. It will come off once someone sets it out again. I wonder if the new part being ordered to fix this is a longer vent hose.

On one seat both bands were stuck around wiring and connectors. Even after disconnecting the plugs the bands were stuck around wiring that was attached to the frame. Looks like the seat covers were put on before wiring was routed. On my driver side one band I could get loose but not the other. Makes it pretty impossible to see inside with them stuck.
