Default Coolant leak under engine block

Hi everyone.

I need your help determining the cause of my coolant leak before I purchase some parts. Hope to explain it well enough and have pictures to help you diagnose.

2017 Ford F-150 XLT 4x4, 3.5L, 10 speed trans
102,000 miles

Coolant leaks the most with a cold start. Lasts 2-3 minutes then I assume things pressurize. Two locations I have seen droplets forming - bottom of engine block (worst leak) and by the transmission. I don’t see any leaks by the radiators, hoses, connections. I suspect the water pump O-ring, gasket, or thermostat O-ring could be leaking down the side of the engine. Hard to trace it and know for sure. Not sure why I see a small leak by the transmission as well.

Any help appreciated!
