I have a 2015 with 45k miles and just changed tires as the Wranglers from factory were shot. Still no word from Ford on what they are gonna do. I told dealership that Ford now sells disposable wheels and tires. When it's time for new tires just throw the whole works away and start over cause you can't put another set of tires on PVD rims.

AKA Powder coatings as both use the same process, but PVD adds an extra step with the vacuum application of chrome.
