Swapped useless center seat for console in work truck. Jumped on eBay when Saw complete unit for $500 w/ free shipping. Came with everyone .

console must have been from much newer model.

unbolt and remove passenger seat, unplug under seat. . Unbolt console, unplug.

Will need the trims to go over vents and the fill page for center dash. I can get you better descriptions if needed .

the ambient lights and all 12 v plugs came on. The 110 obviously doesn’t work and rear usb didn’t work. I had to mod my front usb/ aux in to fit, but just require making hole a tad bigger. Fed front usb from existing dash wires

looks like this unit came from a sync 3 version.. probably why rear usb don’t work. There is some kind of control module.

I don’t really care that much if rear 110/ subs don’t work since nobody really rides back there.. but if any ideas I’m game. I can tap the rear 12v for power pretty easily I think .

I could have run the air, but didn’t see the need. Can take all out and redo if I ever want to. Current ac is vented under seats.

The vent trims I got had the trailer assist **** hole.. the plastic trim is plastic welded so can’t take it out. I believe it’s about about a 1 1/4 inch hole or 32 mm maybe. Thinking of putting a gage age door opener button there unless somebody has batter idea.. my truck doesn’t have the home link . Can solder leads to my existing unit and hid in dash.

Front panel.. had to make hole bigger for my old unit . Wires fed from dash. Tight fit, so tie a string to plugs, when you push console in make it easier to grab them and plug in to the cab

Hi all,

Does anyone have a late model regular cab F150 with a center console and bucket seats? According to the ordering guide, a center console and leather seats were available for special order, but I have been unable to find such a beast. Any and all input is greatly appreciated.
