Switching out the center front console for the flip up seat in my 2018 stx. Need to be able to haul 6 at times and finally found a matching one in black.

I took the console out, fairly easily, installed seat( brackets were the same for both)
Plugged in the new seat (for 12v) out the back.
There are 2 plugs at the front that were disconnected
Working on getting all the trim pieces needed for front now

** Now the kicker, Almost every light is on the dash.. something comes up on the sync screen also about 911 not available.
These are warner messages, not just lights, I'm not able to use tow/haul mode, cruise control etc....

Ive tried unhooking the battery and clearing with my scanner with no success yet

**I just tried taking the complete harness with all the plugs, outlets and lights and hooked that up. Basically just how it runs through the console just not there.. and Still won't clear anything..

Anyone know what to do to help? I'm not sure what else to do

*This was much easier to do on my 2014 f150, no dash to rebuild or problems haha
