I installed the one that's shown in the video and I'm very happy with different compartments. Now I'm somewhat organized. There's 2 pen clips on the back of the console closure that work very well and secure the pens great.

Yup, got the organizer shown in the video from Amazon. Love it.

The second tray idea...holy hell, how did I not think of that?! I rarely have to dig down into the bottom (now in sections) area. So to have a second tray.
