From what I have read, the fronts are crossovered by the radio. So replacing the front door speaker with a set of 6x9 3 ways would be pointless as there would be no highs replicated anyway except for the pillar tweeters. So better off getting a 6x9 or 6.5 mid woofer?

 

Not saying my set up is the best but works great for me... Worth looking into 👊

-6.5 MB Quart Z lines 6.5 separates. ( had JL Seperates originally until they blew. Replaced with these as a temp fix while I saved money but they ended up sounding way better than the JL's and were 1/4th the price )
