Column **** to floor shift.
I swear there's a joke there...
@Baxzilla posted a great thread on it... https://www.f150forum.com/f118/succe...-guide-426532/
Since he did, I didn't. There are a few pix in my build thread (see my sig). Mine is a little different by the fact that I'm not keeping any sort of factory seat or console - I'm adding a console for communications gear and emergency lighting controls.
The one fun thing you'll get to deal with is swapping the column - the power tilt/telescope column doesn't have the mounting points for the column shifter. Honestly, it isn't too bad to do... as long as you don't mind the sight of your $60K truck with no steering wheel. And, of course, you'll lose the power and memory functionality.
You'll need (for a 2018, anyway):
FL3Z-3530-CC Shroud $14.62 1 $14.62
HL3Z-3C529-A Column Assembly $198.74 1 $198.74
-W712000-S424 Gearshift Lever Screw $2.79 1 $2.79
-W716538-S450B Hinge Nut $0.58 2 $1.16
-N808684-S101 Shaft Bolt $2.33 2 $4.66
I screwed up on my initial order and got the shift lever and the shift cable for a 6R80. The 10R80 *is* different. @OCMike was nice enough to send me his column shift lever and cable which worked perfectly. That left me with spare parts, of course. If you're doing a 6-speed, PM me and maybe I can help you out and pay Mike's kindness forward. The shifter and cable are somewhere in the $125 range as a pair. So, you're looking at $350 or so. I would suggest a good solid day to complete the project.
I did replace the nuts and bolts, which the service manual specified. They aren't TTY bolts, but I would rather be safe than sorry with the parts holding my steering system together. Having the service manual is useful so you can get the torque values... again, it probably doesn't matter, but I'm not taking the chance of going dead-stick at highway speeds.

I would like to do that, just move the shifter from the console to the column on my 502a. Did you post up thread on doing it?
It seems there is more to it than just getting the shifter, right? New harnesses and lots of other things? What did it end up costing, not including the Raptor wheel?

I bought my STX with the column shifter.
Frankly, that was a big selling point for me. The storage space in the center console is a tremendous blessing to me after leaving Jeeplandia, a place where they make glove compartments so small that it will only hold one glove.
