Default Coilover and level questions

Really stuck between a coil over and level kit. Either way I go its going to be 2.5", whether a spacer or a spring.

1 - for those of you running coil overs around that height did you do anything to the rear? Or did it sit level, some rake , too high?

2 - for those of you running the 2.5 spacer did it level or leave rake? Did you replace shocks?

I've done some searching the past hour and seem to get different opinions/strategies with each setup. Goal is to either use 285/65 KO2 or 285/60 Toyo

2.5 rough country level. Pretty much level. No leftover rake.
KR with 285/65 KO2
