Codes for days
As mentioned before, it is a common problem to get water into the connectors at the SODL or SODR (BLIS modules) in the rear taillamps. Those modules communicate over the MS-CAN bus as do almost of everything else you have "U" codes for. Start with the taillamp that is not working.
The Gateway (GWM) Module controls all four communication buses and is what communicates with the OBD port. If the problem was there, you likely would either see more codes or no codes at all, depending on the failure mode.

You need to open up the taillamp to get to the SOD (BLIS) Module. If water has got into the BLIS connector, it won't dry out without disconnecting it and using an electrical connector spray to dry and clean the terminals. If the terminals are corroded enough, they may need to be replaced.

Good post by 52Merc in #10 and #13. I think he is working primary issue. You MAY have an additional issue (unrelated to electrical issues). Your codes P05B0 and P05AE indicate that the air flow shutters in front of your intercooler (like blinds on a window) are obstructed (restricted in opening and closing). Look (and work) thru the center front bumper opening to access this shutter system (behind where a front lics plate would be mounted). Remove any foreign item(s) that may be keeping the shutters from moving freely (papers, road debris, dead birds, etc), this may clear up these two DTCs.

i haven’t spent a penny yet and my valued time spent learning more of my truck proves more valuable than letting someone else do it for me. Quite rewarding to fix it myself.
