Default Code P1780

Decided to use my little scanner I have because I figured I’d check and see if I had any codes. No lights on the dash or anything.
this code pops up. Could this be the issue of the shudder I’m feeling between 80-90kms? This module or switch that it’s called is failing? Any guidance here? Anyone have this before?

That code is what you get when you miss pressing the OD CANCEL switch at the correct time during the KOER test.

That's the prime territory for a "mild" misfire, especially if you're going up a hill in overdrive. Usually a COP/spark plug issue but not severe enough to set a check engine or fault code. You have to look at the Mode $06 data to diagnose, don't know if your Innova 3100 can do that.

Definitely not. It’s just a basic scanner. My father in law has a much better scanner through his work and is going to scan it for me tomorrow and see. I’m pretty sure when I replaced the engine in 2023 they just used my original coil packs. Not sure about the spark plugs. I assumed they were put in new but who knows.
