I have a 2015 F150 I bought new a little over a month ago.

The first three weeks I owned it I could get the cluster to go much brighter at night with the lights on or during the day with the lights on.

Now the only way they're bright at all is if the lights are all off.

My cluster lights wigged out one day on the way home from Colorado a little over a week ago. Went bright for a second then dimmed back down. Thought it was my imagination.

About a mile later they (cluster lights) , as I was watching, went bright and stayed that way all the way home.

Ever since then I have had the above problem. Can't get the cluster lights at night any brighter than in the vid (which was taken after dark btw) below.

Maybe others can post night vid or pics of their clusters with lights on and off?

This HAS been into service and they said it seems normal. As my service dept at my dealer is open until midnight, and they have a couple other 15 F150's in there at any given time, I asked my service guy if I could come back and have them pull one out side by side with mine and compare. He said sure.

I'll post results after, but would still like pics/vids , advice in the meantime.

If I didn't know better, I'd say you need a new cluster.

 

I agree. I need some proof though, as in other under vids.
