Default Clunking noise

If I roll forward and turn left without stopping I hear a clunking noise that sounds like it is right below me.

Turning right doesn't create a noise

It's reproducible every time

At first I thought something was in the cab getting tossed around, but it is only on left turns.

Does this make any sense? I am going back to the dealer tomorrow just to make sure it's safe.

no reason to be embarrassed lol, I'm new to the truck and I thought I had the hitch secured in the cab, apparently I didn't. Also, the thump was muffled, sounded very external to the cab.

Oh well, I'm an idiot lol

I had a similar issue with a whining noise coming from the passenger side. Dealership said they couldn't fix it and wouldn't even attempt to.

They did advise that I left my wife at home on future trips.
