Default Clearance

I know this topic has been beat to death, but I opted to go with a 1.5" AutoSpring Level because I do tow some & didn't want the rear to squat lower than the front when towing. That said, I was planning on using my stock 20" rims & was debating on whether to get 285/60/20 or 285/65/20 tires. They are both the same width, about 11.5" but the 285/65 is almost 1" taller than the 285/60. Do you think I'll have clearance issues with either tire on stock rims with the 1.5" level ? What other sizes do you think would fit better ? My stock tire size is 275/55/20.

You will not have any clearance or rubbing problems with either of those tires. They would be fine without any level.

I was thinking about doing the same thing. Not "lift" the truck but bring the front end up slightly, and also use my stock 20" rims. Do you have any pictures of what this looks like? Also did you do the work yourself, and is it a lot of work involved?
