i need to remind myself to do this as my tonneau cover (Roll-X) and when I bought it, they gave me a sample to use on it periodically.

Need to give the truck a good washing. And will look at some of the products you mentioned. It’s starting to look like crap and at 900$, installed I like to get it lookng good again. Sun here in the south can do a number.

Does rhe 303 stuff work great on other ext trim pieces? Armor-all and other OTC only seem to do so much. I want to get my truck to shine again.

Try Maxxima SC1, from your local motorcycle/ATV/snowmobile accessories retailer.

Try this kit. It contains a cleaner and preservative for convertible tops. I use this kit for fabric tops on my Corvette. It's good stuff. Haartz makes a similar kit but the preservation part of the kit does not last as long as the 303 product.

I can never get links to be live so you will have to copy/paste:

Your link I would do <https://www.ebay.com/itm/303-30510-Convertible-Vinyl-Top-Cleaning-and-Care-Kit/273620780014?hash=item3fb511c3ee:g:GiUAAOSwwFNcHPZ a>
Just let's you know what is inside of the carrots will be the link and they don't break. (I'm an IT guy if anyone wants to start an IT thread on things)

It depends on what cover you want, I got the UnderCover Armor Flex for my truck, I got a pretty sweet deal from a truck point. I really like the cover.

For those with a hard aluminum with a matt (no gloss) finish and a dimpled surface (Such as the Retrax Pro MX), the mfg advises that we are not to use any product on the surface. Doing so will violate your lifetime warranty. Just wash it with car soap..

I am going to use the 303 protectant as well, it does not leave a "greasy" residue and I have used it for years on my boat. IMO it has the best UV protection of anything I have found and does not seem to break down as easy from water as others.
