Check your door drains!!
Last weekend my daughter closed the rear door and said "What's that sound"? I tried the door and heard a lot of sloshing. There are two square punched drain holes at the leading and trailing edges of each door - never knew that. They got plugged with pine needles that get trapped outside the glass against the wipe. Checked all 4 of my doors and 3 of them had at least partial blockage, only one was holding water.
FYI, there are rubber plugs above the drains - pulled one and water came gushing out. Probably at least 3-4" of water in the rear passenger door. The plugs are solid, not drains. Plus the plugs are too high to completely drain the water.
Drain hole is the square notch at the bottom of the door, ~ 1" from the corner.

That is your blinker fluid reservoir. I hope you replugged it and added new fluid.

I had this exact issue on my previous Titan. Always had water sloshing around inside the doors. And like you said, the little rubber plug was about 2" higher than the bottom, so it always kept some water. I ended up drilling a small weep hole on the door inside at the lowest point. I have not noticed it on my F150, but I'm going to check now, since we just had a lot of rain from the recent tropical storm.

Had the same problem with mine. I straightened out a small paper clip and stuck it in the hole and cleared out the pine needles, leaves and other gunk.
