So my ac has gone out and I was trying to check to see if the ac pressure switch was bad. So I tired to do a jump test but after I did that. My check engine light came one and it didn't want to shift. Has anyone else done this and found out what happened. Or am I **** out of luck??

You likely blew a fuse bumbling around under the hood. Newer trucks don't use pressure switches in the A/C system.
