Drove my truck today for the first time in a few weeks other than moving it in the driveway. Check engine light came on. Pulled the following using Forscan, reset the DTC's and drove. Within a few minutes, the check engine light returned. Then used Forscan to reset each individually and took it for a drive for a few minutes. Check engine light hasn't returned, but I still have the following DTC's. Need some help deciphering next steps.
There has been an issue in the past with some of the harnesses for the O2 sensors not being installed properly. They get too close to the exhaust and get damaged. I would start by checking that harness.
You need to re-check DTC P0056-P. This is not a complete DTC. The two numbers after the colon are the Failure Type and this is missing. The next two characters after the dash are the number of times the DTC occurred in hexi-decimal.
DTC B109F:97-0A is as follows:
B109F - Intrusion Sensor Module Failure
97 - Component or system operation obstructed or blocked — This subtype is used for failures where the control module has detected that the operation of a component is prevented by an obstruction.
0A - 10 times
Check and make sure nothing is lodged in the ports for the intrusion sensors in the overhead console.

Hope this helps you out. Good luck.
Thanks. Could an improperly installed harness survive for almost 4 years before going bad?
Start at the O2 sensors. There are a total of 4. Two before the catalytic converters, two after. Check to make sure the harness is away from the exhaust and that there are no signs of physical damage such as melting, a kink, or a cut in the harness webbing. If everything looks good, pull the connectors off the O2 sensors (one at a time) and check for corrosion, moisture, or dirt. Clean if necessary. Check the terminals on the sensors as well.
Possible. It could have been damaged during recent repairs or by a road hazard. The sensor causing the issue is Bank-2, Sensor-2, which is the sensor after the cat on the driver side. The following is from the Powertrain Control / Emission Diagnostic Manual.
All the other issues show the the MIL (Malfunction Indicator Lamp) as OFF so they aren't causing the MIL (aka: Check Engine light) to illuminate.
P0056 - HO2S Heater Control Circuit (Bank 2, Sensor 2)
Description: The PCM controls the heated oxygen sensor bank 2, sensor 2 (HO2S22) heater ON and OFF duty cycle to maintain a calibrated temperature. This DTC sets when the sensor does not warm up to the required temperature in a calibrated amount of time. This DTC also sets when the PCM is not able to maintain the required temperature after the sensor is warm.
Possible Causes:
VPWR circuit open
HTR22 circuit open
HTR22 circuit short
Incorrect connections
Damaged or corroded pins
Exhaust temperature significantly higher than expected
Damaged HO2S22
Diagnostic Aids: Inspect the connectors for signs of damage, water intrusion or corrosion.
The HO2S-22 is shown below (with the installation tool attached). This is for a 2016 3.5L EcoBoost. It is attached directly to the side of the cat on the upper side making it hard to see.
