Customwheeloffset.com has some good deals. Also 4wheelparts.com has sales sometimes to. And extremecustoms.com
I have bought from 4 wheel parts before but not the other two.
17" wheels and tire are usually cheaper, but some of the 20s are just as cheap on custom offsets site
I'd check local to. You'll need to start with the size tire you want, the type of tire and what size wheel, offset, etc.
