An FYI mid year of 2018 Ford in their infinite wisdom took the programming ability out of the truck. They only way to program a key fob is IDS, which means the dealer. The dealer I went to didn't charge for the programming. The shop foreman had it done in 10 minuets. The dealer I bought from wanted $70 to program it.
Also check your local wrecking yard to see if they have fobs. I got one for $10 that was probably the unused spare. Finding a blank and getting it cut is the challenge.
