Changing wall paper on Sync 3

Is there any way to change the wall paper on the Sync 3 --you could do that with sync my touch system.

I dont have SYNC 3 but other guys have asked and I believe the answer is no. The way it came from the factory is the way you get to keep it. I may be wrong though.
