Changing tow hooks

Can anyone tell me how difficult it is to change my tow hooks ? Simple bolt off bolt on ? I want to go from black to chrome.

I found this video very useful for removing the tow hooks. I was only able to remove the passenger side in this manner due to what I can only assume is assembly tolerance.

i had the dealer do it for about 20 bucks when i had my first oil change. I was too lazy to do it myself, took have 15 min for them to do it.
