Ceramic coating
I've seen some videos on it. Seems appealing but it looks like the maintenance part after getting done is pretty time consuming. Also, I don't know how it can be maintained if you live in a cold and snowy environment.
What sort of maintenance are you being told you need to do after having it done? I live in Fairbanks, Alaska and I'm on my 2nd year of having the truck ceramic coated, what they call a "5 year" coating. Only maintenance i know of is washing it, and washing it with the right kind of soap, mainly one with out wax in it. That's about it
Rinseless wash like Optimum No Rinse (ONR) is great for washing in the winter. If the truck is really bad, take it to the car wash (brushless of course) and rinse off the bulk of the dirt, then go home and do the rinseless. I ceramic coat a decent amount of customer cars, and my own, and my lawn tractor, etc. Its easy maintenance. Just make sure whoever you have do it, uses a legit coating, not a spray on bull**** product like alot of guys will use and not avalon king / armor shield.
