Default Cel after acceleration

I was passing someone and gave it some fuel and it started shaking and cel came on have miss fire on cylinder 3 and 5 and random miss fire also throw a code p26c3 just change the spark plugs. Also will idle rough and every once in awhile before the plug and after, it idle rough also in the car wash, trying to pin point it down I am think it is a low battery but want other thoughts before dumping a bunch of money in it it has about 115000 on it it's a f150 xlt 2017 3.5 10 speed
