Looking at getting a dual can from UPR and need some schooling in the clean side of this can. I've had catch cans in the past but they have only been on the "dirty" side with a single can. Why is the dual can important or needed?

Anyone have the new and improved CEL free UPR catch can? It looks like from some pics online that one port is open and not recirculated or covered. Wouldn't this cause a issue with vacuum leaks?

From what I understand all it is doing is filtering the oil out and putting clean back into the engine. I had one on my 14 and it worked the same way. it was the mega catch can though. it doesn't come with instructions so I am guessing its a plug and go kind of deal.
