Can't load a CD
Ok guys. I bought my 2015 F-150 used and I can't get a CD to load. If I take the dash panel off I can load a CD and it will play but with the dash panel on, it seems like the slots aren't lined up correctly to allow the CD to load.
Anyone have this problem or have an idea on how to fix it?

SSM 45506 - 2015-2016 F-150 – My Ford Touch - Difficulty Inserting And Or Ejecting A CD
Some 2015-2016 F150 vehicles equipped with My Ford Touch may exhibit difficulty inserting and/or ejecting a CD. Prior to beginning normal diagnostics, inspect for obstructions of the CD slot and/or misalignment of the Front Controls Interface Module (FCIM) to the Audio Front Control Module (ACM). Remove and reinstall the ACM and/or FCIM as needed to obtain a clear travel path for the CD. Refer to Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 415-00. If a condition exists where the CD does not eject from the ACM and no obstructions are present; disconnecting ACM connectors, waiting 10 seconds and then reconnecting the ACM connectors may allow CD removal.
