Mine worked fine, but i was reading reviews before purchasing the chip and some people had to download an update that would fix your problem. I think they had to call customer support to get the update, not 100% sure.

Finally found where the latest version of Forscan has a module relearn process that allows you to change tire size and remove the wrench lights afterwords. I'm running 285/65r20 BFG K02's and my speedo is matching up perfect with GPS. SUCCESS!

Whoah... so I was under the belief that on my 2017 if I adjusted the tire size with forescan I would have a wrench (CEL). This has been fixed in the latest version of forescan?

Please say it be so!

Correct. The wrench can be cleared in latest Forscan.

Someone else PM'd me about the process for my tire size (285/65r20 BFG K02) so I am just repeating here for everyone else. In the BCM section of Forscan, I changed 726-12-01 to xxxx-0A47-xx (don't change whatever values are in the "x" locations). It will throw a checksum warning when writing, ignore it and Forscan will fix it for you. On next start, you will get a service wrench warning that doesn't go away. You must go back into Forscan and do a PCM & TCM relearn, this will clear all error codes from changing your tire size.

Reminder to everyone. The value I used is for my tires size only. This number can be generated from the spreadsheet in the Forscan Guide (in the sticky thread) at line 726-12-01.

I just installed the Hypertech speedometer calibration programmer this morning. Then went for a short drive with no issues. I wasn't interested in a full tuner, so this worked perfectly for me on my 2017. It was a little pricey at $229 shipped. The box says 2015-2017, but the scanner menu only listed 2015-2016. Worked flawlessly.

Thanks to God & Guns I used Forscan to correct the Speedo on my 2017 Lariat Eco 3.5 with 10spd. Wrench was triggered after I wrote the file, but it went away with the TCM and PCM relearn. Easy as can be with only $20 for the USB Elm327, plus no removing the cluster to wire the calibrator in.
