Can Integrated Brake Controller be added?
If I buy or lease an XLT that has the trailer tow package but doesn't have the integrated trailer brake controller, can the dealer install the factory Ford controller?

I install one myself and paid $55 to activate it. This was before I knew what Forscan was. The software is free and the cable is around $30 and you can use it for a lot of other things also.

Remove the center LH Instrument Panel (IP) finish panel. For additional information, refer to
Workshop Manual (WSM) Section 501-12.
