Default Camera recorder

On my 2019 F150, there is a front camera activated by push button on the dash. There is also the backup camera activated when in reverse. First is it possible to install a video recorder. Also, this would require the cameras to be on all the time while driving. I've been looking at a dash cam and was wondering if there was a way to utilize the factory cameras. I searched the forum but couldn't find anything. Thanks in advance.

Not likely. You might be able to do it but you'd be reinventing the wheel. Just go buy a good front/rear dashcam for $150.

You can use power for a front dashcam from the rearview mirror with one of these: https://dongar.tech/products/16pin-f...zWoqnEtmeGM2Wc
