Default Camera in cab light outside

2015 Platinum,. Is there a camera I can get to see rearward that can go in my rear outside cab light. It would help seeing my 16’ trailer.

What about a camera that can be mounted to see how close my trailer is to the rear bumper and tailights when backing up. I’ve already cracked both LED with Blis and their not cheap.

There is a third brake camera that the Super Duty uses that may be able to work. Not sure what all programming would be required to get it working in your truck. As far as the other camera to see how close your bumper is to the trailer, your truck should have a stock backup camera in the tailgate handle that can show the bumper in relation to the trailer.

I installed this on my truck.

Brake Light Camera = https://www.ebay.com/itm/277113764515 (get one with the harness)
Sync 3 Interface = https://naviks.com/i-24075739-2016-2...interface.html

I cut the one gray plug end off the harness, and soldered in a long 4-wire shielded cable to run to the front of the truck.

Pin 1 connects to the naviks harness 12v connector (white wire with red connector).
Pin 5 terminated behind a nut behind SYNC3 as a ground.
Pin 3 and 4 I soldered in a male RCA plug for the Video + and - which plugs into the yellow female plug on the Naviks harness.
Naviks harness is plug and play.

Press and hold the power button on the radio and it brings up the video feed from the camera at any speed.

It's great for checking up on cargo in the back.
