Default C06DD / P06DD code

Hey guys, I recently took my truck into a transmission shop to get it looked at primarily for a pan drop and filter/fluid change. I've had a stumble at coasting speeds for quite sometime now. Nobody could figure this issue out, including the transmission place. Said it runs and shifts perfectly and actually are surprised considering the mileage. They hooked it up and scanned it, found nothing relating to the transmission but did tell me it had a code C06DD. When I searched it I found results for P06DD instead.

No codes or lights have been thrown. I haven't noticed anything out of the ordinary (besides the stumble) I use full synthetic oil and change it regularly. Oil is still clean. No visual damage to wires or anything I can notice. The mechanic thinks it's probably a oil pressure sensor and says they're known to go. Mind you my truck is almost 10 years old.

Anyone else here have something similar? They cleared the code and will scan it again when I go back in for my fluid and filter change to see if it came back.

There is more to this code.
It controls Oil pump pressure. As the pump RPM changes, the volume of oil also changes, hence the ability to adjust the pump performance function.
Pressure too low or even too high by being stuck Off.
Get diagnostics and not just depend on changing the part, to be sure.
It could be the Pump or other part of that system.
Important because it concerns Oil to the rest of the engine.
Engine failure = big $.
Use of a higher end Diagnostic tool that can attempt to operate/ function the valve to be sure it is able to work and circuit also good.
Good luck.

I've already replaced this engine once due to cylinder failure. Don't want to do that again. Will be calling the mechanic that replaced it as he told me 3 year warranty on the engine and it hasn't been 2 years since replacement.
