Default A/C not blowing while engine running

So for the past few weeks the a/c in my truck will randomly stop blowing. It does it while I'm driving. It will stop blowing then come back on 10 seconds later. It will do that a few times then it will stop and not start back up. I have to press the power button on the unit and then turn it back on for it to get going again. I've taken it to the dealer twice and they say the same thing "if we can't get it to do it then there isn't much we can do" and " if it does it again bring it back". Here is the problem with that, what if I'm not near a dealer and what if it starts back up before I get there. We are getting into the summer months and I'm taking road trips in this truck. Has anyone else come across this issue?

Hook up Forscan, check for error codes and monitor HVAC parameters.

SSM 45815 - Various 2011 - 2017 Vehicles - Air Conditioning (A/C) Inoperative - Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) P0645

2011-2017 vehicles equipped with air conditioning (A/C) may exhibit an A/C system that is inoperative due to lack of A/C compressor engagement and with/with out Powertrain Control Module (PCM) DTC P0645. PCM strategy may disable A/C compressor operation. Install Integrated Diagnostic Service (IDS) Tool and Select>PCM>PCM PID Data>OSC PID>ACC_CMD PID to verify A/C compressor clutch engagement. If the A/C compressor clutch can be commanded, using IDS PCM PIDS Active Commands, PCM replacement will not resolve the condition. Continue with normal updated diagnostics listed in Professional Technician Society (PTS) On-line Work Shop Manual (WSM) Section 412-00.

SSM 45789 - 2015-2016 F-150 Vehicles – Blower Motor Concerns

Some 2015-2016 F-150 Vehicles may exhibit intermittent blower motor concerns due to low battery voltage. The low battery voltage causes the blower motor strategy to go into a start-up retry sequence every 5 seconds, then shut down completely. Cycling the blower motor switch off and on, or cycling the ignition switch off and on would restart the blower motor strategy. When diagnosing intermittent or faulty blower motor concerns, first ensure the battery is in good condition using the Rotunda 162-GR1-190 Midtronics battery tester. Then continue normal diagnosis using the Workshop Manual Section 412-00.

SSM 45702 - 2015-2016 F150, Mustang, Transit - No Airflow From Climate Control Vents - Air Conditioning (A/C) Clutch Seized And/Or Stuck

Some 2015-2016 F150, Mustang and Transit vehicles may have a concern of no airflow from the climate control vents. This may be caused by a seized or sticking A/C clutch. This can be repaired by replacing only the A/C clutch (19D786/19D784). The compressor assembly (19703) may not be required. Refer to Workshop Manual, Section 412-00 for A/C clutch removal. It may be necessary to lightly tap around the stuck area of the clutch with a rubber mallet to free it from the pulley for removal. Refer to applicable labor operations from Section 11 of the SLTS manual when replacing the A/C clutch.

So it's a computer problem? My problem is the dealership won't do anything about it unless they can duplicate it and that is a crap shoot

No I never said that

I merely posted all the published SSMs on air conditioning for the 2015/16 MY F150. There are no TSBs.
