Default Buzzing speakers.

I know some of you have had this problem but it was always a lariat or higher truck. I installed a 5 channel amp a month ago and hooked up my sub, no problems at all. Today I installed my focal components and 3 times out of 4 when my amp turns on (before the truck is even on) I have noise on the front speakers. Stock center and rears are fine and I can't hear anything from the sub.
I'm running an lc2i, turned on by the front speaker leads but the noise is still there with the rcas unplugged from the amp.
The amp was working fine when I pulled it from my last car and the sub has been fine for a month.
I'm using an existing factory ground on the rear firewall, but I doubt that's my issue since the sub is fine(unless ground loop noise only presents itself in high frequencies? )

Any suggestions aside from moving all my speaker wires ?

Update: the concern doesn't happen when truck is remote started. Only when door is opened with truck off. Even weirder
