Default Bumper Harness - Coupler/Plug Question

I'm working on repairing an F150 with front end damage.
On the 15K867A harness, can someone tell me where this one coupler plugs into? When the Truck arrived it was hanging/dangling

See the Black arrow in the image... thanks

Not sure if the new trucks plug in on the same side, but that's about where the plug is for the lower shutters on my 2015. If it's not an ecoboost truck, the plug would either be not used or not present.

So, there is an upper and lower dampener - this is between the two of them. I'd be curious where the actuators are for the dampener closures, and other than a sensor, that is what I'm guessing at this point
