Default Bump stops

Hey guys,i put a set of Timbrins on my 2016 F150 XLT crewcab rwd,i did not like them. In order to mount these you pull off you stock bump stops, unfortunately i tossed the bump stops. So now im installing airlift air bags so i can haul my 32 ft. Camper. The instructions call for bumpstops to be used with the airbags,do i really need them,i hate to spend another $70 for bumpstops if i don’t need them. Can anyone hear chime in on this .thanks

I'm no airbag wizard, but wouldn't the bump stops be important so you don't wind up crushing the bags if, for some reason, you compress the suspension heavily?

You are going to want bump stops for when you are running 5psi. They are there to prevent you from bending a shock or the axle when you slam down on the limit of suspension travel.
