First picture is stock tail lights on a black truck as a reference.
I pulled the tail lights off the truck and put masking tape around the the led running lights that the 502A package has (took hours to get it perfect).
Applied 4-5 light coats of VHT tail light tint.
I also did the red part o the third brake light.
I was looking to make them dark without being cop bait. Hence the dark red not black colour.
I left the led running light factory to give it a custom look and make sure cops wouldn't hassle me.

Winter set up with the factory side steps on the truck.
I hate the way the chrome looks, but it saves the paint from rocks.

Little trail run today while I had some time to waste, trails got a little skinny at a couple points.
The snow was anywhere from 10"-18" deep depending on where I was.
Picked up a box full of firewood while I was in the bush too.

Within the first weekend of owing the truck I installed a tonneau cover and tinted the tail lights as a start.
Also set the truck up with weather tech and husky liner floor mats, they are a game changer.
Set the truck up with tow straps, air compressor, tire gunk, shovel, ratchets and D rings (usual stuff you keep in the truck)
