Default Bubbles in paint?

Has anyone experienced this before? 2017 F150 XLT Screw 302A 2.7L about 42,000 miles. I was looking at the roof before I washed it and noticed these bubbles in the drip rail. It appears to be only in the passenger side. Is there any warranty for the paint that may help me out with this? Thanks for your time.

Like like blobs of Seam sealer that's painted over. I would just put some touch up paint in the spot where the paint chipped off and call it a day. I highly doubt ford will do anything.

Wonder if you could purchase a rubber seal and lay it over the area for a finished look?
