Default Brake upgrades?

So I was wondering if there are any reasonably priced front brake caliper and disk upgrades available for a 2018 3.5L F150?

To be honest with you I am very disappointed in the brakes on this truck (I have had two previous F150).

This truck is seriously lacking in the brake department. I basically use it to go mountain biking and daily drives in the winter when my other cars are stored.

In the summer I will pull my trailer with my track car in it maybe 20 - 25 times to go to the race track.

I have had my truck for 27 months now and it is approaching 40,000 kilometers (24,850 miles) and needs a complete brake job (front and rear disks and pads).

There has been a vibration when applying the brakes for over a year now and it is getting worse. This past December the dealer told me the rear pads were down to 4mm remaining and to expect the need to change them by spring time.

So before I go out and buy all Ford OE disks and pads, can someone recommend something better?

PS... Please don't suggest the Alcon calipers, rotors and brake pads because I am aware of them and almost got the front kit 18 months ago.

TIA

My replacement set of motorcraft pads, that replaced the original factory ones, have far outlasted the original ones. Granted I do not tow like you. Many over the year models have had the same poor longevity issue and feelings of the original brakes.

I am sure you will get some better suggestions soon!

Motorcraft Super Duty, Wagner Severe Duty or Raybestos EHT 3 pads and new OEM rotors. Crappy ceramic pads are not going to cut it. Aftermarket drilled and slotted discs are a gimmick and are worthless.
I had a 2014 SuperCab 4x4 and the brakes were horrible. I bought some Motorcraft Super Duty pads and did a flush and line bleed. BIG IMPROVEMENT!
No need for new calipers. Just clean and lubricate the slide pins.
