Default Boxlnk dimensions

So after pricing out the cost of these it's a no brainer for me to just build the black bracket. I only want the ability to use e track and e track accessories, so I'm looking for some info from you guys if possible . What is mounting hardware made from aluminum steel zinc Mabe? I was wondering if anyone could possibly help a brother out with some pics of the brackets and or possibly measurements, it looks like the mounting holes are 4inch center to center all around.i also wonder how thick the material of the mount is .1 8th or 16th?, any pics measurements and info you guys could provide would be greatly appreciated. I just figure since ford wants 40$ a plate x4 and 36$ for the mounting hardware I could spend a fraction of that and custom make exactly what I want. I've tried to do lots of searches and googling but it seems the measurements/specs are a closely guarded secret lol

Thanks, those are the cleats but I'm looking for or to make the actual mount or backing plate that those lock in to. My truck didn't come with boxlink and looks like this

I just like the idea of being able to use e track accessories.

It would be much easier to just replicate the etrack slot instead of duplicating the boxlink odd shape.

Thanks guys I've been looking at the etrack as a last resort because of mounting hole spacing. The etrack lock hole is not much smaller than the distance between the mounting holes wich means on the actual track one set of holes lines up good but the other would be where the bend is. I have all the measurements I need now( big thanks to caperj!). The only thing I'm unsure of is if the mounting bolts are just self tapping style or if the holes in my bed are threaded and just full of paint .

You can buy the set of 4 for less than $40.00. Is it really worth the time and hassle of trying to make them for less than $10.00 each?
