Boxlink False Floor?
Has anyone used the box link mounts and some e-track lumber mounts to create a false floor with a sheet of plywood?
Waiting for my canopy to arrive and thinking it might make for a redneck tonneau to haul some luggage and groceries out of the wind.

Just make sure all parts are secured together, especially the sheet of plywood. Airflow over the bed may create downforce near the tailgate, but there is definitely lift from the back window to about over the rear axle (depending on your bed length) at highway speeds. My soft tonneau cover shows it at those speeds, so I wouldn't be surprised if there would be enough lift to pick up the sheet of plywood.

Yes, I built one with the E track lumber brackets and ply that I use in the winter so my skis slide in underneath with my other gear on top of the ply ( I have a shell on my truck as well). Only thing I found was that the 4x2 lifted it a bit higher than I wanted so I used a 2x2 instead
