Default Box Link tie downs?

Hey guys. My old truck came with the box links and locked tie downs in the bed. My new one just has four holes in the bedside where those would bolt to. (Had I realized this before trading, I would have snagged them off there as they certainly didn’t give me a penny more for them being there.

That being said, I’m just looking for a nice set of four tie downs that can mount there permanently. No locks, no extra stuff. And not something that has like 5 different sizes of tie down hooks (those weird brass knuckle looking things).

Also, I was looking into the four holes in my bed side, and I’m not seeing threads. Are the threads further back or could the paint have just kind of concealed them when applied at the factory?

Thanks.

PS. If you have a pic or a link to the actual product, that would be really helpful.

Strange. I just got through doing this. Took the 4 x Boxlink plates and cleats off my 2016 Screw before I sold it. Picked up my new left-over 2018 Scab yesterday that came w/o Boxlink. 4 screws (T30) for each plate. Looking at my 2018, it also is hard to tell if there are threads where the plates go but I'm 100% sure there are threads as that's the only way they're attached for 2015-2019 F150's. Online through Ford Accessories just the plates are ~$49.00. Supposedly you can get E-Track accessories to fit just the plate w/o using the Boxlink cleats.

The bolts that come with the box link package cut their own threads into the bed.

Ok. Thanks for the info. I might just get the kit on amazon that’s like $19. That’ll at least put the metal plates there, then I’ll look for the tie downs made for the system.
