Default borla or corsa ?? help

hey guys looking for some help . I currently have the mbrp dual outlet in the rear and it drones like a **** on the highway and don't like it . so my luck I got rear ended last Friday and the insurance is paying for a new exhaust.
I'm definitely not getting the mbrp again . so I'm stuck on the borla atak or sport or the corsa setup . just looking for experience and opinions on these kits thanks in advance.. oh yeah I have 2016 screw with the 5.0

Have you considered Magnaflow? I had a GMC with a Borla system, and it did not trip my trigger. Had a Corsa system on my '13 F150 5.0, and it had no drone, but did not trip my trigger either. Had a bit of a raspiness to the sound. On my '15 F150 5.0, I went with Magnaflow. I really like this system. No drone, and very mellow, reserved sound until I accelerate. It's all subjective of course. Both Borla and Corsa make excellent systems. Choosing between just those two, I would lean toward Corsa.

I don't know about the truck, but I have yet to find an aftermarket exhaust that doesn't drone to some extent, on a car... Can't imagine a truck would be any different. Drone is caused when the exhaust pulses resonate with the exhaust pipe, and get amplified in the cabin. It's usually a narrow RPM range that you will get drone, so the key is to pick an exhaust that won't drone at crusing RPM. Gear selection has as much to do with drone as exhaust choice. I know I didn't really answer your question, but just a heads up that an exhaust that drones bad with 3.73 gears at 60 mph may not with 3.31 gears. So... if people start suggesting an exhaust, ask what they have for gears and what type of driving they do. A long winded answer, but I've bought enough exhaust systems over the last 20 years to do lots of homework before purchasing lol. no so much an issue on a "toy" but a daily driver can be annoying.

Curious on this. Was considering the MBRP, would like something that good sound when I'm on it but not overpowering in the cab.

Thanks, but if insurance is replacing it, sounds like it was damaged. Besides, not in a place to purchase right now. Thanks for the offer.

Get the Corsa. I promise you won't regret it. They sound great, look great and have zero drone.

I love the sound but wish they carried a dual rear option.
