Thumbs down Body finish

I am new to this Blog. I have been a loyal Ford owner since 1994.
5 expeditions and went to a truck in 2011, Lariat eco boost. Certainly came with its problems with the eco boost rear window contact, etc. etc. etc.
Traded in with my dealer in 2015 for King Ranch with Eco-Boost.
I have to vent hear and want to know what other experiences have been?
This truck is very disappointing! body finish is very poor as far as door alignments, etc. I drive at 70km/hr or fast and it sounds like a door was left open with a lot of wind noise. There is a lot of squeaking, grunting and groaning noises from the sunroof. Several annoying squeaks while driving. Sunroof "snapped": when trying to open or would stick and not open most of the time.
Dealer replaced sunroof track after several unsuccessful complaints. Now it is worse. You practically need ear plugs to go through a drive thru car wash when you pass through the blowers for drying. "WOW"
Dealer tried to adjust/align doors better to try to eliminate "wind noise"
No success and basically said "too Bad, nothing we can do".
Passenger messaging seat motor is so noisy that it's not worth turning on because it is so annoying. Driver's can barely be heard. again, told "too Bad"
Not what you want to hear when you buy the most expensive optioned "Luxury" F150 on the lot. I have been told that there is not a Ford factory service manager in Canada that I can contact to discuss these issues. Very frustrating.
Has Ford failed their loyal customers with this new design?
What do you guys/gals think out there.
I would like some feedback.

I think you should have a done a better job on your pre-purchase inspection/test drive.

Dwayne:

Blogs are where mindless idiots just spew their thoughts for others to read.

This is a forum, where ...

Anyway, on a forum like this there are lots of posts where people discuss issues they have with their trucks. All of the issues you list are widely posted except the seat motor. First year of the truck, fewer posts in 2016 for the same issues. Sunroof posts are basically non-existent now.

Poor body fit - check
Sunroom issues - check

Options you have:

1) Work with a dealer to fix the issues.
2) Complain to Ford HQ to get them involved.
3) Research your state Lemon Laws to see what qualifies, often a X times on the same item without resolution can qualify you.

That said, a pre-purchase inspection would have caught the fit issues.

This one might help with the wind noise. Didnt fix my issue but I dont think my wind noise is as bad as others. If its really loud like the door is open this could be the issue.
