I have owned my 2016 f150 lariat for over 2 years now, and the handed Bluetooth calling always worked great. All of the sudden, a few weeks ago, my calls were only coming through the speaker on the dash, instead of all of my speakers, and now I can barely hear the person I’m calling, even with the volume turned all the way up. Nothing changed in the settings on my sync or my phone. I tried resetting the Sync, I checked my speaker settings on Sync and my phone, I tried disconnecting my phone from Bluetooth and reconnecting, I tried plugging my phone directly into my radio. Nothing has worked and I can’t seem to find a solution to this. Does anyone have a solution for this issue? Thank you!
