I'm on the latest version of sync 3 but I still have the issue where if someone calls me, whether it's just on bluetooth or if I have the phone plugged in and am using android auto, I don't hear anything through the speakers. If I call someone however it seems to work just fine.

When someone calls me, I can answer the call by pressing the button on the screen but it's like the audio doesn't come through the speakers. I made sure that my ringtone in sync was set to "use phone ringtone" Even tried switching it to something else and then back with the same results.



anyone else have this issue and successfully resolve it?
