Default BLIS sensor error

Sorry if a thread already exists on this I searched but was unable to find it.

Twice now I have been driving and the BLIS stops working. I get an error message that the blis sensors stopped working and to get service. I couldn't get a picture because I was driving in the morning commute traffic on the interstate.

This is irritating and I dont recall the first time but the 2nd time it was definitely raining hard. I want to say it was raining the first time too but not 100% on that.

I got to work turn the truck off then turn it back on and they work fine again. Appears to be some type of computer malfunction?

Anyone else experience this?

I have the 2.7 4x4 screw lariat

The same thing happened to me while driving in the rain on the highway. I think it had to with all of the road spray from the surrounding traffic. Has not happened since then and the system reset it self once the roads dried out.

I've had it give me a sensor error when it was pouring down rain once, but if I remember right, it just said something to the effect of the sensor was blocked. Once the rain calmed down, it came back on. Definitely no service message.
