From the WSM:

B11D6:15 - Driver Display Alert LED: Circuit Short to Battery or Open

This DTC sets due to an incorrect or incomplete SODL or SODR configuration. Using a diagnostic scan tool, CARRY OUT PMI using as-built data.

Since you replaced the module you need to write the old As-built PIDs to the new module, then run a module reset. This can all be done with FORScan.

If the module has been replaced and the PMI has been performed to set the values of the new BLIS module to the as built of the original, does the error also indicate that there is in fact a short to the battery?

Which error or errors are you still getting? Did you clear the old DTCs? They don't go away on their own. All three of your orignal codes in Post #1 are related to "incomplete or incorrect PMI procedures" - per Workshop Manual.

Some more information may be needed to better understand your situation.
  1. What originally prompted you to replace the SODL?
  2. If it was other DTCs, what were those?
  3. What is your truck information, such as, model year, option level, etc?
  4. Did you replace the module with a new or used unit?
  5. What is the part number of the old module you removed and what was the part number of the new module you installed?
  6. What As-built data have you loaded into the SOD? An acutal screen shot of the As-built would be helpful.
This is exactly what the Workshop Manual says for B11D6:15

This DTC sets due to an incorrect or incomplete SODL or SODR configuration. Using a diagnostic scan tool, CARRY OUT PMI using as-built data.

This suggests that there is still an issue with your As-built data. Have you run a module self-test? It does not appear to be an actual wiring issue.

Thanks so much for the help, but I'm sorry, I wasn't the original poster, I had a similar condition and was trying to learn a bit. Years ago my BLIS and cross traffic lamps illuminated a failure and after taking my truck to the shop and learning they wanted $1500 to replace the module I decided to live with it. A few months ago I started messing around with FORScan and found that the module prices had significantly dropped since my initial failure.

2015 F150 Platinum
I was told the replacement module was new, at least that's what the ad said.
The old module was FL3T14C689AC and the new one is the same model.

The fact that my right rear TPMS went out and then the rest of the TPMS made me think that there was some wiring problem to that right rear side or something. But please forgive my ignorance if this was an incorrect assumption, it seemed to make sense to me and I had heard about wiring harness shorts in other posts.

My original DTCs were are the right side blis module, TPMS, and an intrusion detection error.

After replacing the BLIS module and reprogramming the it with the data from the original module my error codes still included the TPMS and intrusion but now the SODR error code was B11D6-15:

I might've missed something when programming the new module but I used the data I downloaded from Ford on my as built and entered the values for 7C6 but who knows.
From my as built:

Your As-built data looks okay but what you are showing in the FORScan snip is not. Those need to be the same. It appears that you did not write your As-built to the new module.

Blocks 8, 9, and 10 are for the VIN. Your module has the As-built information from VIN 1FTEW1EF8FFB47891 which is a 2015 Raptor.

For example, the first line of your As-built is 7C6-01-01 9802 0069 while the module has 7C6-01-01 0000 00CF.

Ignore the Intrusion Sensor error if you are sitting in the driver seat when performing the DTC scans. I get them all the time as well. If I stand outside the truck and perform a BCM self-test, the DTC does not reappear.
