Default BLIS error and tone when backing up

Does anyone elses' BLIS flag errors when it is raining. If it is raining, I will get a red indicator on the left rear quadrant and continuous tone when putting my truck in reverse. It does not do it when it is dry out. Only during rain.

TIA

Check for moisture getting into the tail lamp assembly. Several other people have had problems with leaking lamp housings and this caused BLIS to act up. I would also check the connectors on the tail lamps to make sure they are in good shape and connected properly to the lamp assemblies.

From what I can see there is no moisture in the housing but I will check this afternoon. I will also apply some dielectric grease to waterproof the connector.

Also, check the connectors going to the sensor in your bumper. Mine would cause that error, I pulled them, cleaned them, and put dielectric grease in them, and have not had the error since.
