My wife's Jeep has BLIS on it, as does my F-150, but hers slightly mutes the radio and gives a little beep when you turn your signal on when someone is in your blind spot.

At first I found this irritating, but now I am having a hard time seeing the little yellow dot on the mirror in some conditions and really miss it.

Does anyone know of any other Ford product that mutes the radio like the Jeep does? I would love to get the module config off of one so I could try and duplicate it in my truck.

I know, I am weird.......

Nope, not weird at all. I usually don't see that little yellow dot either.

I usually see the car in the mirror first and then notice the dot. I've got my mirrors adjusted out quite a bit though as I want to see my blind spot and not the side of the truck.

Can't help you on the module asbuilt files though.

I haven't seen it on Fords that I've been in but their maybe. Try looking at Lincolns too, they might be more likely to do it.

I think I am going to have to go dress up and go take a test drive in a navigator, then, if it has it, figure out how to get a little private time with it. LOL
