Hello, Does anyone has the TSB, or Procedure to allign the blend door actuator on a 2015 for f150 the blend door is located under the passenger side glove compartment.. Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you all!

 

I've never heard of aligning the blend door. Any one I've ever replaced was 2 screws and a plug, easy out, easy in. Buy oem or a Dorman, don't get the cheap crap off fleabay, it doesn't last. Don't ask me how I know

 

there is another little piece it looks like a half moon type of cog that transfers the movement from the blend door actuator to the blend door itself. i tried just changing it out but it was stuck on hot. so thats why i asked if there was a procedure to make sure everything is at 0.then install it. thank you in advanced
